Oregon Scholastic Clay Target Program
The Oregon Scholastic Clay Target Program is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization that is the Oregon arm of the National Scholastic Clay Target Program. Check out our facebook page here.
SCTP is a team-based program for athletes in elementary, middle and high school. The main program goal is to teach the safe and responsible handling and use of firearms. SCTP provides a supportive team-based environment and introduces our youth to a sport that can be enjoyed for a lifetime. SCTP provides participation in the American disciplines of trap, skeet and sporting clays, and the Olympic disciplines of Bunker Trap, Wobble Trap and International Skeet. An adult volunteer head coach leads each team. Volunteer state advisors provide support for in-state activities and support their volunteer head and assistant coaches.
